Absolutely horrible! Do not call these guys. They came to replace my furnace when my old one went. After installing the new one, the heat did not work. I made a call to them and they came back out. The heat came on, but they never installed an expansion tank, so my whole basement flooded. Called them again. They then installed the expansion tank and charged me additional charges, even after paying over 6K for the new furnace. After this, the heat went out again three days later. Called them again, they came back out and CHARGED ME AGAIN. Except this time, only two zones out of three were working. Finally, when the heat when out again, I called another company. Upon inspection it was revealed they put the furnace in completely wrong. When I called them about it, they told me they fired the guy who did the work, and would come back out. They came out again, and told me it was all fixed. WRONG. The top floor (where bedrooms are) STILL was not working. I went back to the other company who came out to inspect their work. They had to replace the pump because it was put in backwards and burning out. They also had to replace a zone valve. (This all on a 1 month old 6K furnace)

Upon calling Diamond, I either didn't get a call back about a refund to cover for my payment to have their errors fixed. After a few more things went because of an inproper install, I was told by them it was "Not their problem!"



So the decent company I am using now is STILL fixing their errors, and of course costing me more money. Although their prices are much better, and they get to my house within the hour.

DO NOT USE this company. They do not honor their warranties or services.
