This place blatently lied to me for a hard sell to get me to buy one of their hard drives. I took my laptop in because I deleted some files I needed for run my system. When I took it in they said they tested it (of coarse not in front of me) and said my hard drive was fried....totally dead. They insisted I needed to buy a new hard drive. I said no thanks! I took my laptop to a competitor and they tested the hard drive in front of me and I was able to see all my files no problem. The other company told me it was not my hard drive and that I didnt need a new one. They were able to fix my laptop in no time at all and their price was awesome and more than reasonable. PC laptops is all about the hard sell. Dont rely on them to be honest with you if they know you are not computer saveey.
