Using only state-of-the-art training techniques, our Training Staff will be as dedicated to achieving your goal as you are. VENT Fitness proudly offers the area's most extensive selection of group exercise classes, including Les Mills Body Pump, Body Step, Body Combat, and more! All four clubs offer dozens of Spinning classes, as well as Zumba, yoga, Pilates and more.? Visit www.ventfitness.com to view our Group Exercise Schedules. VENT Fitness offers Kids Club for our members. Children over the age of three months are welcome VENT Fitness® offers tanning in addition to your membership. Using state-of-the-art beds and booths, we also offer the finest tanning products.
