The quality of the work was fine, new installation. However, the financial transactions were terrible! Do not give them your credit card number. Write a check for the 1/2 initial payment and for the final payment. This will keep them from billing the final amount without your consent and in an amount that exceeds what they were entitled to. In short, AVOID THIS FIRM!

I called Beltway Garage Doors late one Sunday night due to a broken spring. The woman assured me someone would be out there first thing in the morning. Boy... was the technician prompt! He knocked on my door with a smile and repaired my garage in no time! The company charged significantly less than the other companies I had called to repair my broken spring. I am very happy with my service and would DEFINITELY recommend this company to my friends. Thank you BELTWAY DOORS!!

Beltway Garage Doors has by far the BEST costumer service in town! I had called a few companies before calling Beltway. One went to an answering service (who uses ones nowadays!), another put me on hold and the other line was busy. FINALLY a human voice answered the phone and I was NOT disappointed! The dispatcher was very friendly. We even spoke a few minutes about Europe (I mentioned I was leaving out of town for a few weeks and needed my garage door repaired before then.) The dispatcher really seemed to care about my well being....something out of the ordinary nowadays! He scheduled me for the same day. Later that day, the technician came and repaired my door. He did not pressure me to purchase anything I did not want. (I've had past experiences with my electrician trying to make up these crazy charges for things I didn't even know was wrong.) I would give this company six stars if I could!!!! EXCELLENT!

The beltway garage door guy did not show up for the appointment which they promised. I called the beltway up and the sales rep. wanted to make another appointment for me for different day. but, how am I sure if the tech will be really show up for the next day. I called another company and he showed up in 20 minutes and fixed the doors for me in one hour. And the price I paid was much less then what the beltway quoted me. Thanks for the previous reviews. I think I made the wise decision by finding another company to fix my garage doors.

Agree with all the previous reviews....very unprofessional. I called Beltway garage door company to schedule a repair to my existing garage door...i left a message the first time but no call was returned. I subsequently called back a few times but could not leave a message since their mailbox was full...I called in the morning the day of the appt to cancel since my garage began working okay but again their mailbox was full and i could not leave a message...when i called back, the a man picks up the phone and then says he wishes i told them earlier and then hangs up...i call back and he says have a good day and hangs up again...I really can't understand how he expects to stay in business with his unprofessionalism. He actually told me not to call the company again despite the fact that he was so rude and unprofessional....Amazing...I will surely be reporting this to the Better business bureau.

I would not give even one star to this business. After find out that they over charged me almost double the amount on a pair of replacement garage doors, i cancelled the order the next day. But they refuse to give me my deposit back. When i called them on many occasions, they always said someone would call me back but they never did. After two months, they are still holding my deposit. Stay away from this place!

Beltway Garage Door is also known as Beltway Garage Door & Openers and Beltway Electronic Doors on their internet site. They installed a door which was not comparable to the original door and refused to make the adjustment. The woman answering the phone was very rude to my wife and hung-up the phone in her face on several occasions. I tried to contact them through their website to no avail. There are a number of complaints against this business at the Better Business Bureau internet site. I ended up contacting another company to perform the adjustment.
