      7 Flags Fitness & Racquet Club is a health club serving the greater Des Moines, Iowa, area. It offers a 130,000-square-foot building with top-of-the-line fitness equipment and a variety of classes, sports and activities. The club was recently upgraded and refurbished with new equipment. It offers Star Trac precision cycling classes, free weights, a women s-only facility and the latest in cardiovascular equipment. The club also has a 25-yard, five-lane heated lap pool, a fully marked basketball court, five indoor and six outdoor tennis courts, a running track, sauna, salon, tanning beds, treadmills and elliptical machines. The club offers a variety of programs from aquatics to massage to Tae Kwon Do. It has a physical therapy clinic space and a restaurant/caf /deli. The club is located in Clive, Iowa.
