After a 1hr+ drive to the Massage Envy Herndon location & calling in advance for a couples massage for our anniversary & letting them know we were using 2 complimentary gift cards for our anniversary AND giving them the gift cards beforehand. They decided to tell us afterward that they wouldn't honor our gift cards b/c they raised there prices. So I asked if they'd at least give us the face value since they had NO expiration date. Nope full charge of $110 + tips. POOR SERVICE & STANDARDS not upholding there own gift cards!!! Way to ruin an Anniversary gift, 2hrs of driving & a day that only comes once a year! Also massages start late & end early so expect 45 min. of actual massage. I recommend going elsewhere to everyone. Cross posted.
