The second you sign the contract, the front desk staff no longer cares to even be courteous to you. They rob you of your deposit upon move-out with illegal painting charges, carpet cleaning charges, and general cleaning charges that they require. (I left my apartment spotless and received $250 of my &750 deposit). Their management company is horrible. The amenities are not even that nice for the price. Please save yourself the grief, time, and money.

they are the worst apartments to live in. they DO NOT follow through on anything. They take to long to get back with you to fix things, they really do everything slow and do it half way.
