Back to lending, after freshly renovating and roofing nearly 200 homes over the last 5 years for investors and home owners alike. I am ready to put put my newly developed skill sets to work by building a new team of loan officers that will become become cross trained and diversified in the renovation lending market. Implementing the utilization of technology, saving time will allow us to developing an internal branch process that will allow us navigate through the paper work that is needed to complete a FHA 203K transaction within a timely manor.
