We have been coming to Best Western for years. Whatever vehicle we have. Currently a 2010 Ford Explorer. They really are the best. Not necessarily the cheapest but way cheaper then having your transmission go out because someone didn't service it right. The coupons and "specials" elsewhere aren't worth it (trust me we tried it only once). We stick with Best Western because we truly trust and think they do a fantastic and trustworthy job. Trust us, get it done well and right. The transmission is too expensive to jack around with.

These guys are great. Explained everything what was wrong with my vehicle, even sent pictures thru text. Price came in under quote, and finished the job when they said they would. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem with their transmission. The warranties are great options for future problems if any else comes up. They still came in under other places quotes... 5 STAR. !!!

These guys are the best in the Business and the manger jesses is a wonderful guy and will go out of his way too take care of you. I would recommend this place too anyone

Jesse was very helpful and professional. He did what he said he was going to do, and followed through with me on getting my transmission fixed. After experiencing a 30 day nightmare with another company, it was refreshing to do business with Jesse and his crew. They did the job right the first time, they were done in 5 business days, and they gave great service! I would highly recommend them.

Jesse did a very good job with explaining the problem with my car. He made it very clear what was wrong and the car was fixed in the minimum amount of time. There were all very nice in the shop. Hopefully I will not have a transmission problem with my car again, but if I do, I will not hesitate giving Jesse a call
