Great food.. great atmosphere.. Love it.

We are new to town and were looking for some great pizza - regular & gluten-free. We were thrilled to read about this place. Sounded like 'the' place! Both pizzas we ordered were very disappointing. GF pizza was undone, undertopped & overpriced. The crust was VERY thin yet undone. Regular pizza lacked sauce and toppings had almost no flavor. The regular pizza was a good price for the size. We assumed this was some 'bad' example so phoned the restaurant to tell them of our disappointment. We got an apology and a note was made on our account that our next pizza would be 25% off. What next pizza? If this was it, we won't be back. Free would make me try again, not 25% off. Since new to area, we will search the other hundreds of eateries before thinking of our 25% off coupon waiting for us here. If you try these guys, I hope your experience is better. Must say tho that the people we dealt with were nice.

Had a bad experience with the call center, told us our pizza would be ready in one hour. Showed up and waited an additional 40 minutes. Staff was somewhat sorry but appeared to be a bit overworked frazed and could care less. Could not find a superviser on site

borriello brothers has the best pizza i have ever tasted

Pizza was wet & sloppy, slimy mess. After alerting the manager, we were told to "next time ask for a different pan to be used because sometimes the ingredients are wet." Crappy customer service

We always order delivery from the store on 8th street and it is always perfect...food and delivery! Love it! I'm gonna order some now!

Stay away from the Fountain location, the customer service there is horrid and the management staff has no clue as to what they are doing. The food quality is terrible and the atmosphere that the staff puts forward is not in any way a family atmosphere. It verges on XXX....I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and definitely anyone who is taking children out to eat.
