Founded in 1970, Center for Creative Leadership is a nonprofit educational institution that serves as an international resource for increasing the leadership capabilities of individuals and organizations from public, private and nonprofit sectors. The center offers enrollment programs to more than 20,000 participants annually. In addition to this training, Center for Creative Leadership offers customized training solutions for more than 200 client organizations every year. It also offers assessments, and performance support tools that identify behaviors, and provide increased self-awareness for development. The center also undertakes studies of individual and organizational development, offers various networks, councils and forums, and organizes various conferences and events, alumni activities, and special interest groups. Center for Creative Leadership s clients include Buckeye Association of School Administrators, Duke University, European Agency for Defense Systems, General Dynamics, GlaxoSmithKline, Kohler, and Methanex Corporation. The center is headquartered in Greensboro, N.C., and has campuses in Colorado Springs, Colo., and San Diego.
