the guy behind the counter plainly has better things to do that serve his only customer, unpleasant and uninterested in my needs. i request 20mins surf time and a zebra mocha and a mini pizza. an assistant preps the mocha which i duly receive but i'm told the pizza will take 6mins and to take my seat. 6 mins elapse and a shout from the counter 'pizza's ready'. you'd think with the place this empty the guy could show some gratitude for my custom and walk the 10 paces to where i'm sitting. i'm instantly regretting parting with the dollar i popped into the tips box as my change was handed to me. the pizza turned out to be stodgy and tasteless, and the mocha so well sugared my teeth were tingling, however it was this first and only example of bad service during my visit to Colorado Springs that really stuck in my throat.
