Worst theater I've ever been to. They had the air conditioning on during the entire movie, blowing cold air on everyone, when the outside temp was 40 degrees! Stay away from this place. Also, I tried to call in advance and no one answers the phone!

I received a $25 Gift card for Holllywood Theatres and went to see Sherlock Holmes on Saturday afternoon. After standing in the freezing cold for 15 minutes only to be told that the showing was sold out. You would think that there would be a way to tell patrons that a show was sold out before letting them stand in the cold (below freezing) for 15 minutes. So my son in law purchased 2 tickets for the next day and I did the same as we were seeing this as a family.

Sunday comes and we look at the tickets and the ticket agent had given my son in law the wrong date for the movie. He had to stand in line again ( in the cold) to have it corrected. With the $25 gift card I received a couponn for a medium popcorn. When I went to the counter I explained that I wanted to upgrade it to a large as we were a family of 4 and I would pay the difference. The young lady behind the counter first rang up the large popcorn and a large drink. I told her I just wanted to upgrade not pay for an additional popcorn. She the said she couldn't do that. I told her she could do anything she wanted. Oh No! I can't. I must get my manager. Over walks Tawny. Pleasant but not accomodating. She had strict orders not to do that. I said I was willing to pay the additional twenty five cents. I told her she was ruining my experince at Holllywood Theatre. She said that even though she was a manager she could not satsify the customer. Obviously I will not be back and my movie was ruined!!
