I made an appointment at the beginning of last week. I hand wrote it in my notebook put it into my work calendar. Scheduled time off my work. I never received the new patient information packet or a reminder call re: appt. today.
I called the office and a Melissa answered. They didn't have me anywhere on there calendars. I spent aprrox 10 mins on the phone making this appt giving my SS# my insurance no.s and all my personal health information.
THEY JUST LOST A PATIENT BECAREFUL AT THIS PRACTICE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT...
