I want EVERYONE to know about the service my family and I received from JUSTICE GUZMAN. On 11/11/17 2:08 pm I was there with my 7 and 8 year old daughters (who was arguing) and my sister who is in her mid 70. Plus I running late for a meeting in Denver. I must admit I was STRESSED OUT. I only came to start a Layaway for a few things but I daughters found a pair for bights tennis shoes they wanted. Only two registers were open and it was busy. Justice was at the customer service desk and offered to help. She was Very polite and with her sweet personality and soft voice it was just what my family needed. I asked her if I had in rewards points. She gave me a code to text. Ok she did it for me lol. Long story short after my points were added along with my donation I left paying $3.15. For 2 pair of shoes and 2 lunch boxes and a donation. Holidays are stressful but my encounter with MS. GUZMAN made my trip totally worth it.

3pm, customer service personnel let me stand at customer service area while they talked with other employees. no control of this area. everyone walks around like they don't have the time to help you. I left and went to the palmer park location where I was taken care of when I walked in. you need new employees at this location that care about the customers.

Pharmacy employee Joann, made my day when she not only took my call and listened to my need, but also followed through with return call to let me know the status. She went the extra mile, something you don't see all the time, if ever.
