The service is great once in a while and absolutely horrid most other times. This last time they totally just decided NOT to clean, vacuum, or make beds in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. They simply shut the non-cleaned bedroom doors. Most of the other times they "miss" something like cleaning showers, taking out trash, making beds, and leave dirty cleaning rags all over (front porch, living room, etc) They promise alot initially but when it comes to execution they do not deliver. 2 women cleaning a 2600-2700 sq ft house in 1hr 15 minutes to 1hr 30 minutes is NOT detailed work and for the price charged and services promised it should be. I'm sure the maids make more the faster the home is "cleaned" but just over an hour to clean a good sized home?!?!? I don't think so! I should also mention that I gave them numerous chances..I called and spoke to the manager countless times as well as the 1-800#. Won't be using again.
