My family, children and adults, have used PDG for five years. Over this time we've had numerous cleanings, a few fillings, and a few crowns. We've always been treated with the upmost professionalism; on time service, competent care, and reasonable cost. Unlike some other dentists we've used PDG has not tried to sell us some procedures that were not necessary--so I add ethical to my list.

there is nothing that I hate more in life than seeing the dentist but I sure hit the jackpot with this dental practice!! The doctor asked me time and time again if I was "doing okay" and he seemed genuinely concerned about my stress level. VERY different from many other doctors I've been to. Melanie on the front desk is not just charming but super organized and VERY welcoming. I'll make sure to spread the word about the office and will make sure to send them as many of my family & friends as I can! 5 stars indeed!!!

Moved here from out of town and was unfamiliar with the area, this office was recommended to me from base and they were great! The office staff is very friendly and took the time to explain how my insurance works. The woman who cleaned my teeth was personable and the doctor I saw afterwards was very knowledgeable. It was a comfortable atmosphere and I am happy I bring my family to this office!

My family has been to powers dental for many years. I have always received quality service. The doctors explain things to me and don't make me feel rushed when Im anxious about a procedure. I feel as if they go out of their way to make me feel safe and secure in my decision to get my dentistry done here.

I have been a patient of Powers Dental Group for quite some time now and it shocks me to hear any negative reviews about the doctors or staff! Everyone from top to bottom have always been helpful and caring to everyone that walks through that door. They always help out with any questions I have about my insurance and if they don't have an answer they look into it and call me back. This is greatly appreciated because I know that understanding my insurance benefits and coverage is my responsibility but it can it all be so confusing and they are always willing to help out. The doctors are very compassionate especially with us scardy cats like me! They do quality work and have great bedside manners. I would recommend anyone to Powers Dental Group!

My family and I have had wonderful dental care for years at this office. All of the dentists are highly skilled and explain necessary treatment. I love the late appointment times, it helps with my busy family schedule. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I wish I'd read other reviews before coming here. 1. My first appt, I was told to come in early to fill out paperwork, then was kept waiting an additional 30 minutes before being seen. When I asked about the delay, I was told we schedule in a 1/2 hr for paperwork. Why did I come in early then?2. I specifically requested an appointment with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth for my husband. They gave him someone else with no explanation.3. They performed services not covered on my insurance, even AFTER I explained I could not afford any additional charges. When I inquired, I was rudely told it was my responsibility to know if a procedure was covered or not and I was still responsible for the bill.I found out later, another family member had the same billing problem with unauthorized procedures with no resolution. I will gladly take my family's dental business somewhere else and let everyone know how shoddy this practice is.

Have been going to Powers Dental and have had positive experience years ago. We moved back to the area and decided to go with them again, but the staff and service seemed to have gone downhill! They basically assume that you know what you had done and when. I had procedures done for myself and children and received a bill saying our insurance would not cover it. Other dental offices would look up the patient's history and insurance and know whether they should or should not do a procedure. Needlesss to say, I had a good size bill that I had to dispute with a VERY unprofessional front staff. I was the one that had to do my own research and call my last dentist (I guess Powers Dental do not go this extra mile to help their patients). Come to find out, they have access to the information from my insurance, but would not do the work. I AM covered, thank goodness. I had another procedure done and they said it would be covered, but it was not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Very pleased with Dr.s and staff, all of my family is very happy with this office.

My entire family is treated here. My kids don't mind going to the dentist! The staff is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely reccommend this group!
