Recently, I ha to have my Seiko Kinetic Sport watch serviced to include replacement of the capacitator. I checked out three repair shops and received their estimates. Mr. Ramsel was the most professional and customer friendly, had the lowest estimate, and did the work perfectly in the shortest amount of time. He also checked out an old gold watch for me and a heirloom diamond ring free of charge. Mr. Ramsel is a one-man operation with very low overhead and truly an expert on watches and jewelry. I recommend him highly.
