i.e., A local favI found out very recently that I am pregnant for the first time- still very early in my pregnancy. I am so excited! However, the staff at Front Range did not even smile about it. I felt very apprehensive going into the office for the first time, as I have never been to an OBGYN. I was not greeted when I came in. The woman who did my exam did not tell me her name, she did not congratulate me and she did not waste time telling me about possible birth defects all first pregnancies can have and even asked out of the blue if I was going to breastfeed. It wasn't connected to anything else. I told her again that it is my first pregnancy and I haven't really thought of any of this before. For my ultrasound she stood in my way and I couldn't see the screen for part of the time. She was telling me some medical jargon I didn't understand, which made me nervous, and then she would say "but you're definitely pregnant..." (Yes and you are scaring me out of my mind! What does that mean?) She also did not KNOCK before coming in the room both before and after I changed clothes. She did not tell me I could leave from the appointment as she walked out of the room, so I awkwardly started walking out, looked back at them several times, asked the front desk if I could leave and they said yes. The staff called within an hour and told me they forgot to give me paperwork I needed. I will not be going back. What a truly AWKWARD experience- I am sure that the main Doctors who work there are incredible, so I do not mean to bash them. But the staff I encountered needs to work on their bedside manner, especially with first time/ timid Moms.orite, or highly recommended because

The doctors are awesome! But it's unfortunate that their staff, mainly the receptionists, don't know how to return messages. After 3 MONTHS, 6+ messages, and countless minutes on hold... I was finally able to make an appointment which was 2 weeks away. I got a confirmation the day before, and yet 1 hour before (when I was leaving to go to the appointment) they called to tell me they don't have the bc I had ordered and that I waited too long to make the appointment- after I had tried for 3 months... I'm now leaving because, though the doctors ate great, I never get to see the doctors because I never get past the receptionists. So disappointed in their unprofessionalism.

Best OB I've been too dr russell is very knowledgeable and nice has a great bedside manner and reassuring approach. the staff are amazingly sweet No long waiting times or snobby attitudes everyone is smiling. I definitely recommend coming here they also take Medicaid.

Best Doctor I've ever been to.
