The touchless car wash is EXCELLENT. My car comes out sparkling every time. My only suggestion is that it would be great to be able to pay for extra drying time.

When it actually works it does a great job. Just went through paid for the supreme wash.which went through the motions no water or soap was used and then the dryer came on.As for the fax number i sent a fax waiting to see if it is mad right or not.

I went through the automatic wash, and the washer damaged me vehicle over memorial day weekend. I called the owner to attempt to resolve the situation and he was extremely rude from the get-go and hung up on me twice. This place has ZERO professionalism and no want to maintain a customer base.

I ended up filing an insurance claim to let them try to talk to him since he was so rude and unprofessional. The damages are more then my $500 deductible, luckily that's all I have to pay for from my $12.00 car wash.

I want to get the word out that the owner of Splash car wash scams customers and in the end the customer gets the bill and the damage, and he gets to keep his business and make money off the unsuspecting.

If the owner had been professional and had agreed to re-calibrate the machine I would have fixed this on my own, since he was so horrible to deal with I will spread the word. I think this has happened a lot since the owner of Splash car wash said that many people try to scam him and he wont have it because its physically impossible for his machine to touch a vehicle in the wash, however machines do break, do get old, do require maintenance and do require cleaning... which he made it very clear is also a scam.

While waiting for the car i had a coffee, and I was surprise how fast and quality this car wash does. Really nice.

Normally when I've gotten my car washed everything has been fine. The last 2 times I've gone the machine hasn't completed all the cycles and when trying to call the phone number that's listed for Tutt blvd., I got a fax sound. My first negative experience was on Feb. 28, 2013 when the undercarriage and the dryer didn't work. Then on today, Sunday, March 10, 2013 the dryer wouldn't work!! There wasn't anyone there to give this message to either time. I would like to have 2 passes because I didn't get what was promised. Each time I've spent 9.00 but won't do it again unless I'm compensated.

This car wash is always and clean and the equipment always works. The touchless automatic machines do the best job of any touchless wash I've ever used.
