Do NOT hire the Sprinkler Squad! I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible, dont seem to care and dont know how to complete their own estimate or resolve simple issues. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt when working with any company, but The Sprinkler Squad does not have their act together. It has taken over 11 weeks to fix my sprinkler system and it is still not fixed properly with at least 7 trips to my home. The job was fairly simple, fix a leak, get 1 zone working again, raise 3 heads and adjust all the remaining heads. I took their advice on installing a whole new manifold which they said was the leak. It wasnt. There are many sprinkler heads still not adjusted properly AND the new manifold is leaking! Its completely under water. They are sloppy and seem to take no pride in their work. They also billed my credit card for the remaining half balance without my even having checked to see if everything was working properly. The owner TJ came out once and said it wasnt right and that they would fix it to my satisfaction. The tech did come out but its still not fixed. I never saw or heard from TJ again.I have texted and emailed several more times after the last appointment over 3 weeks ago still with no response.
