To bad you can’t leave 0 stars. They sold us A KZ Sportman RV. Besides the Fact KZ makes a cheaply built poor quality camper we found out the hard way.

They sold us a 2 year old unit and charged us $200.00 to deliver it 10 miles. The first day we went to set up the camper and the door would not shut correctly and the dead bolt would not lock at all. Things went down hill from there. The slide out is falling apart with cracks in the corners wider then my thumb. There are missing screws holding the trim/gutter on which holds the roof on. The front corner trim has been pulled down at least an inch off the roof exposing the camper to water damage. The dinner is splitting and someone has scabed on boards to keep the seat from falling through.

Even closer look found several nitpick stuff but it all adds up to we where sold an unusable unsafe unit. The dealer won’t fix or let us return it.

When we contacted them the 5 day after they delivered it in this condition the salesman actually laughed about the door latch being put on up side down. And we where told to review our AS IS contract. They flat refused to drive 10 miles to even look at the trailer they charged us $200.00 to deliver 10 miles from there shop but told us there is nothing wrong with the unit with out actually looking at it.

Just picked up the fourth camper we have bought from the RV Center in Columbia City. We keep going back because the service is good and the employees there are always great to deal with. We started out with a pop up, and now have a really nice Jayco Eagle. We have always had a lot of extras added to the campers we have purchased and the service department has been great. I would suggest to all that go there would be mindful of the time of year you want your work done. They are busy because they are good. We have always tried to get our camper service in the off season rather than wait til time to use it. We ordered our new camper, and had it built prepped and delivered in less than six week. Just in time for our annual Fourth of July family camping trip. I highly recommend the RV Center to my camping friends. Took my sister in law over there and she bought a pop up as well. terrible service our camper has been there twice for some repairs that needed fixed our camper the first time was in there lot for a month they do not keep in contact with us DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMPER TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! they do not clean your camper up after they fix stuff they just leave the mess for the owners to clean up we needed a new awning the guy that was taking care of it didn't even know that the awning was made by a different company than the brand of camper the second time it was there we went to pick it up they called and said the camper was ready to go we arrived to pick it up and they didn't have the camper ready to go no paper work was done we did NOT get good service at all a total waste of time go some where else

Can't stress enough that we are NOT satisfied with the service, the new Sportsmen travel trailer, and the corespondence (or lack of) from this dealer. The manufacturer has a go-between (Sharrita) who's been nice enough but is not allowed to do much except apologize for her employers and try to make you feel better. I want SERVICE! Notice NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is not a good time to be writing a review. We bought a 24 ft Sportsman and have not used it yet. When we picked it up it was to have been cleaned in & out NOT water system checked NOT oven checked NOT shower curtain torn in half, bed spread all snagged up. Some warped placed in the pull out, back bed brace was broken, they were pleasant but not too helpful to get it hooked up to pull home. Since then we have found it leaks and the back bed mattress is all smelly and damp. We've called them twice and the company twice. No return calls as promised. This was a brand new rv and I am sick about it. Now where do we go or what do we do? I wouldn't have another Sprotsman or deal with either the company or the dealer. They have my money and I have a lemon. Not happy at all. I've waited 5 days and in one more wk. we have plans to use the trailer I'll use duck tape to seal the leak and it will also hold a sign that explains why it is on there.

In the urgent need of a trailer, they had a heavy duty available to rent. Saved me tons of time when my trailer lost a wheel with a heavy load. Nice people, prompt service, high quality equipment.
