Crooks, came to fix door opener, told me you could not buy part for my opener, want to sale me new door opener. Order parts and fix it myself.
They did the same to my friend, quote repair price over phone, when arrived told him he needed a new door instead of fixing broke spring.

I called and asked for my door to be serviced. They didn't tell me they did not service doors without an electric eye. They kept me waiting three hours. My attempts to complain were greeted either by a clueless secretary or a website which said "processing" for an hour.

came to my house on time, was here about an hour and changed out my chain operator to a belt operator it is so much nicer and super quite. very happy from start to finish.
