To be the only Chuck E. Cheese in the Columbia area, I would think the service would be better with all the money they are making.



We celebrated our son's 3rd birthday there. The service was horrible. The site says that you are going to have a dedicated host or hostess for you and your party. Our host came to take our order and disappeared. She told us that if we wanted to order food it would have to be in by 2:30. She did not come back to our table until after 2:30. When I was able to make an order, they got it wrong. We never got refills on our drinks. The party started at 2:00 and we were told that we had to move from the table by 3:30. When we asked to see the manager, the hostess disappeared again. The only time she stayed long enough to do anything, it was to sing Happy Birthday with the staff and pass out cake. We ended up getting the pizzas taken off of the bill and a pass to come back any time we wanted to. I really doubt if we use it.



They are over crowded and there is no space. All of the table are too close together. Some of the staff began to get frustrated with customers. People were lined up outside waiting to get in.



I can go on and on about this Chuck E. Cheese and it is all negative.
