Provided by YP.comHorrible repair service! After almost $2k problem still exists but for another $2k can be fixed! Worse than the dealer! BEWARE. would rate "Minus Star" if option were available.

Provided by YP.comPoor communication with Jason Stephens. NEVER gave me an estimate. When my husband called, Jason gave an estimated figure. My husband told him it was my car and that before doing the work, he should email me with details and costs...any reputable company does that. I had sent Jason a link from Gus, a retired Jaguar Service and repair shop owner. Gus explained the steps to take to get the compression up in the cylinders. All 8 of the spark plugs were getting fire when I left my car there. 4 had been replaced at another shop along with the coils within the last 2 years. Instead of getting the authorization, Jason charged me for replacing all 8 spark plugs & double the labor time to do so. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend Philips Auto as long as Jason Stephens is employed there.

Provided by YP.comI had a paint problem with a vehicle I purchased. The vehicle was black and I could not see the problems until after I got it home and started to wax it. The problem was what appeared to be a lot of tar on the hood and front end. I went back to dealer and they said don't worry we will take care of it. They had it detailed , a 100.00 cost to me that did not take care of problem.
I ending up paying a 1K deductible on a 5K aint job with Summit Collision. It seems Phillips hid or it was hidded from them, I do not know which, the bad paint. I went back and asked for help with the deductible. The manager was to call me back and never did.
