Went in without an appt. Needed a gel fill. Was out of state and didn't know the area. The salon was exceptionally dirty! A glass that was dirty with "stuff" on the glass held utensils. No liquid, not even alcohol was in the glass. It was empty and dry. Needless to say I left with an excuse that I suddenly remembered another appt. I wouldn't let them cut my dogs nails!

My daughter and I came in town to visit USC,,, I had the best service ever, I was a little nervous about getting design work. jenny did wonderful. The lady that did my daughters manicure was good also.
