I took my truck to them July10 2019 they had my truck clear until October 11th 2019 and all it was was to put in a new motor not a rebuild motor to swap out Motors I physically had to go down there and do half the job over myself because his incompetent technicians get everything I asked them not to do and everything I asked them to do they made damn sure they did not do that they left bolts out they left the wiring harness hanging on the exhaust they broke steel lines the owner Dave seems to know what he's talking about but the guys that work Underneath Him I would not have them even give my lawn mower in tune up they say they have all the computer equipment to work on all makes and models they're lying to you all they have is a Snap-On scanner that is it they cannot work on any Internationals. Unless it's something pre 95 and I wouldn't even want these people touching it I had to have it towed out a block away after I took my truck away from them they have the airlines reversed and it stuck in high range never bled the clutch they blew a high AC pressure line for the simple fact that they don't have an AC machine and they cannot Evacuate the system that was a $224 line they took things off the frame in the front on the outside of the frame in fact that had no business even being unbolted and twist it off one of the main oil canister lines that was another $179 part I told them the engine that I ordered was he recondition pull out engine I pacifically had the bottom in redone before you arrived at their Shop new pan gasket new front and rear seal they tried to tell me it needed a pan gasket I went down there and show them that it was a brand new gasket he still tried to install one from the dealer that was another 230 bucks luckily I got my money back on that beware of this shop I have turn wrenches for 28 years decided to get away from that for one my body won't hold up to it anymore I do know a thing or two about what I'm saying I physically have been in and out of their shops since September 5th I would not trust a thing that they say if you're only going in there for maybe a service possibly shocks or brakes and I wouldn't trust them doing the brakes my truck was impressed in shape prior to be bringing it to them I have pictures where they backed it up and hit something on the mud flap bracket and it's bent there's a big couch online passenger side cargo box door and there is in fact a cigarette burn in my driver seat the driver's seat is so greasy and filthy I don't even know if steam cleaning it off will take care of the problem I have pictures to back up what I'm saying I have video and audio tapes of conversations between the owner and his shop technicians if anyone just believes what I am saying about the shop feel free to look me up on Facebook Scott Chambers little dog is on my profile picture private message me and I will give you all and every picture I have of of the damage they cause to my truck in the sloppy work that they did basically all they had to do is swap out my all my externals and put it on the new engine they left half the stuff off pertinent stuff that should have been swapped out it is now at the dealership hopefully there's not a low enough star for a rating for this place it would be -10 beware drivers do not use this shop.
