Dr. Donati is great. Her staff is the worst. Terrible customer service. Rude on the phone and in person.

I am a senior citizen & over the years have had many physicians. I've been with Dr. Donati approx 5 yrs. She is excellent in all aspects of her practice & knowledge=she realy cares for her patients-has wonderful"bedside manner",is very good about taking time to be sure that patients understand their illness and her treatment/care plan for them. Dr Donati has helped me ger through some pretty rough times.If I could rate her a 12 I most certainly would. Thank you, Dr Donati and wonderful office staff!
