I had a great experience at the Roll Polaris. I didn't really know what I wanted, but the salespeople were very patient and knowledgeable. When I picked up the bike I ordered, the staff made sure it fit me properly, added the accessories, and even helped me to put it on my old bike rack I brought from home. I am completely satisfied and ready to roll!

Wow, talking them almost makes you want to devote your lifet to biking. These folks were really impresive. They were nice and helpful for my stupid and my good questions. I found them incredibly helpful and very willing to discuss anything in any amount of detail I needed. Thier bike shop doesn't just sell bikes. It helps you do anything you are motivated to do in biking. Very knowledgable and understanding. Classes to help you, from basic bike maintence to building your bike from bones. They have amazing knowledge about fitting a bike to a person, service, and making your experience in there store and on the trail exactly what you are asking for. It's a bit pricey, at about 400$ to 1000$, but possibly one of the best decisions if you are looking for this to be a great hobby. Even if you don't want a new bike, it just makes you want to check it out to help your new bike, your next bike, your friends bike. Very inspiring. A must check out in the bike experience, yet no snobs
