Our guestrooms are all located on ground floor, with ample free parking located directly outside the rooms. Free morning coffee, donuts and ice is available daily. The motel provides free shuttle service to and from the motel to the Clinic and Hospitals during business days (Mon-Fri). Local calls from the guestrooms are also free. We also have guest laundry facilities at the premises. The motel is ideally located, close to all of the amenities such as Perkins Restaurant and Hyvee's grocery store (open 24 hrs). The motel is also within walking distance to a mini-mall, and within 5-10 minutes of driving distance to fast food restaurants and Rochester's downtown, including the public library. NOTICE: The motel management will try their best to accommodate rooms of your preference, such as non-smoking, smoking, or rooms with kitchenette. However such rooms are subject to availability. We regret any inconvenience caused where we are unable to meet your requirements. Guest (s) or any person (s) affiliated with the guest (s) shall not engage in any illegal activity. Any violation shall result in immediate eviction and no refunds. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and and will not be responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
