This place is packed most of the time. The rates are low but you pay for it with crowded locker room, waiting for machines, not very clean facility

Highly unprofessional. They keep it dirty, too crowded, but that is not the worse. Staff is very rude and behaves unprofessional. Customer service is everything but service to the customer!!! They just want to take your money when you become a member and after that when you have a problem or concern you cannot find anybody who can help you. You cannot even leave a feedback for them, so people cannot learn how bad is their service. As the peron on the phone said: "Sorry, but our customers cannot leave feedback!" Of course, if they could who will go to your fitness!!!
