My husband does a lot of business with Tyler and he's been nothing but professional. I've always had my carpet and any other supplies on the days I've asked. I would recommend Flooring Distributors Concord to anyone and have many times. The price is always right and I've never been over charged.

I gave them one star because i had to put something in but they deserve no star! Owner needs to take a customer service class. I used to do a lot of business with them at their Hayward location but now they moved to Concord,CA. I placed an order on Friday and asked if they would deliver to their Hayward warehouse and they said they would. Then they called to to tell me that the carpet would not deliver til Wednesday due to the holiday and I was ok with it. I called my customer and push the job out for Wednesday afternoon. I get a call from lady at the office and tells me that they are now not going to deliver it because Tyler the owner says the cut is small and won't deliver it to Hayward. That jf i wanted i could pick it up in concord. I feel that they should have told me that on Friday about the small cut and not days later. It wasn't an issue on Friday but come Tuesday now it's an issue. I called the concord location to speak to Tyler and would not pick up the phone. I called the Hayward location and told her that I was trying to call him and said let me call him for you and see what we can do. I wanted to speak to him to tell him that's is not the way you do business and especially not a way to keep customers but he avoided speaking. Then lady calls back to ask for my bank info to transfer money back into my account since they had already charged my account on Friday when they took the order. Never want to do business with them again!!!
