      Good morning, I am writing regarding an employee that works at the Fort Eddy store. I have been shopping there on two separate occasions in the past month. There is a young man working in the bakery that is absolutely outstanding regarding his customer service! The first time I was surprised by his enthusiasm and helpfulness! Yesterday, I returned specifically looking for some cookies that my husband loved. I checked around and then turned to ask him if there were any raspberry filled, etc.? He was so kind and thoughtful, smiling the entire time, even suggested when they would be available next! I can't tell you the last time I experienced that kind of customer service. I thanked him and decided on another type of cookie. As another customer entered the section the young man spoke to him and told him, "my name if Joe if I can help"! I left that store and thought of him over and over! When I got home I told my husband what a pleasant surprise indeed!!! Jo Bunten, Salisbury,NH

      Shaws Supermarket on Ft Eddy Rd. is great. I have been shopping there for years. I have tried the other supermarket chains when they have opened in the area and I have always returned to Shaws. Shaws is clean and they have a wide variety of products. When I go to Shaws I know they will have everything I need. With todays gas prices I don't like to have to go from store to store looking for a product. The employees are very helpful. Shaws has sales all the time. I will continue to shop at Shaws. Keep up the good work Shaws. From one very happy customer.

      I just love Shaws Supermarket on Ft Eddy Rd. The store is always very clean. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Shaws has everything I need. I never have to go from store to store looking for a product as I can always find it a Shaws. I love the self-scan too when I am only buying a few items. Shaws always has sales on many items everytime I am in the store, which is very nice. I have shopped at the other stores and I do compare them to Shaws and Shaws is always the winner for me. Thank you Shaws
