I was fed up with all of the lack of customer service from the big shops around my area and the uncertainty of going to a smaller shop that I had no idea about. I went to the auto parts store across the street from South End Auto thinking I would do the repair myself. I decided to go across the street for an estimate and was excited when the guys there fit me right in put on my exhaust and only charged me $50. I would have never been able to do everything you did so easily! Thanks Kris and Eric, I will be coming to you again!

I brought my car in for an inspection sticker. I drive from Concord to northern Mass. daily, I knew that I was having problems with my front end and the diagnosis was that I need to have an upper and lower balljoint. The repair was done quickly and I was very happy with the bill. I will go to them again.
