I give this rating of zero stars, they committed several inappropriate customer service problems with me and my family, and did nothing to try and make it right. First, in the very beginning, my husband did not like them because we had made an appointment, and had a last minute emergency where we could not make it to the appointment, and they hit us with a $50 charge. Me, still trying to think positive, because I liked their cleaning technician convinced my husband to pay the $50 and continue going. BIG MISTAKE!....They eventually convinced my husband to get a whole bunch of expensive unnecessary work to be done, assured us that they had checked with the insurance company and we would have no out of pocket charges for it, and then he gets the procedure done, and gets hit with a $500 bill from them, and their bill collector, in addition to initially lying to us about the charges to begin with, has the audacity to have an attitude and get nasty about it.



Then we did end up paying it off, but could not pay it off fast enough for their liking, so they decided to put my entire family, including me, on a list of customers who could not return to their office, even though it wasn't my bill, as I had always been current on all my services, but they wanted to go after me and blame me for my husband's bill, after they were the ones who mislead and misinformed him on the cost of it in the first place!......



Do not patronize this business if you are looking for a new Dentist in the Conyers/Covington area!......There are many other dentists who have more fair practices and do not treat their customers in this manner who are in the area!......If you read this and go there, just know that you do so, AT YOUR OWN RISK!......
