In January of 2015 , I called this company for a second opinion after I was told I need a new unit due to a possible leakage and avoid costly repair . Gary Houser gained my trust and fixed my unit for $1400, 5 months later, He tells me I need a new unit due to leakage and it will cost me $3800. No apology, no record of the service, a lot of denials. A very bad and costly experience.

I had Mr. Houser come out to check on a gas leak and to turn on by my heat. After he left my house the pipes that were loosely connected were tighten the leak was fixed but the furnace that was operational in April with no prior problems stopped working, Loose gas pipes and an inoperable furnace not the same. Can't do business with someone I can't trust. He may know his trade...I am not sure if he can be trusted.
