I had a custom built cabinet built and it was very expensive. Then artistic video and sound came in to wire for a surround sound. The subwoofer they sold me was to big to fit In the cabinet so without saying anything they cut the back of my cabinet and drywall and the studs in my wall just to make it fit. Needless to say I was extremely angry. All this even after I gave them the dimensions of the cabinet instead of getting a different subwoofer that would fit they the owner of artistic told his guys to butcher my cabinet and wall. Very disappointed. They offered no compensation for my ruined cabinet. I will never recommend them ever
