I started my practice to help spouses who want to get a divorce. The way in which my practice helps people is through providing them with the opportunity to complete their divorce without the high cost hostility and emotional strain of a contested divorce. Most important, mediation significantly diminishes the amount of time children are exposed to the drawn out, contentious nature of divorce proceedings.The average cost of a litigated divorce in the United States is $15,000- $35,000, most of which comes from attorney's fees incurred by both spouses because they are unable or unwilling to agree on the terms of their divorce. Our approach to mediation gives the parties the benefit of the doubt. In other words, we operate on the premise that, given the right circumstances, spouses can act in a responsible, adult and reasonable way. From the first consultation, to the final hearing of the divorce process, we empower both spouses with the tools they need to get through their divorce and move on with their lives. Mediation allows couples to get a divorce for less than the cost of just 1 attorney retainer fee. Our company does not charge a retainer fee and does not have a minimum hour requirement.

We are a small, full service divorce mediation company offering clients the ability to complete their divorce from beginning to end, at a fraction of the time and cost of a contested divorce. We also offer document preparation and filing services. Divorce mediation is employed by spouses wanting to get divorced‚ without the cost, hostility and emotional strain of a litigated (contested) divorce. Our services have been effective in reducing acrimony between spouses which is most valuable when children are involved. We can help spouses come to a Marital Settlement Agreement,which is a document that specifies the terms of the divorce ie: shared parental responsibility, time sharing, visitation, child support, division of marital assets and liabilities and any other matters of importance. We can formally draft the MSA document and our in-house attorney can file the documents in the court and attend your final hearing, at which time, the judge officially grants your divorce.
