My child was at this center for a few years before we decided to pull out after the merger of both centers. Initially this was a center i felt secure with I loved the staff but after the merger everything changed. Behaviors in my child, lack of communication, and overall dissatisfaction from the classroom staff. What i felt was once a center based on my child's individual needs turned into what was most profitable to the business. Children should be the number one concern, not how many kids can be squeezed into one room.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star..they're ALWAYS out of ratio, they can't keep any staff, and the ownership is the absolute worst. I don't see this place lasting much longer.

TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP!!!!... My experience at Kinder Academy started off decent but quickly went downhill. The number one priority of this place is NOT your children, instead it is money. Ever since the two locations have "merged" the place has been a chaotic environment, especially for the kids. There are WAY too many children in each room and not enough staff. The children DO NOT get the attention they need/deserve. I have felt uncomfortable dropping my kid off here multiple times because they are consistently out of ratio. I have also noticed that they cannot keep their staff... For the most part the girls here are nice but for some reason it seems as though they are quitting left and right. Now for me, I want my child around familiar/consistent faces, not strangers. I am so happy that I left this center and I would NOT recommend it to anyone!! I'm sure this center will slowly be shut down anyway just like their other location. Save your money, save the headache and definitely look elsewhere.

At first the place was above and beyond our expectations. Still happy with most of the staff, but ownership is horrible. They care about 1 thing and as a parent you would hope it would be your child; its not, its money. This ownership already had to "merge" or "lost" their other center... I don't believe this center will last much longer as well. We had enough after over 20% tuition increase since first enrollment due to whatever reason they seen fit; says so in the contract. And boy did they exercise it more than once. Never believe what comes out of their mouths because they can and will change whatever agreement you thought you had with them. Stay away is my advice, never again even if it was the last place available. I'd quite my excellent job before sending my kids back.

Kinder academy has been my choice for quality care for over two years. I have three children who attend and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. I had my son in another center prior to kinder academy and toured several facilities when choosing a new center for my growing family. The staff is friendly knowledgable and most importantly caring. My kids are always clean and happy when I pick them up.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The staff are very unprofessional. When dropping off and picking up they were out of ratio. My experience with this daycare center was horrible. They claim to have a preschool room but don't have a teacher who has the education or the experience. In my opinion the children don't learn anything. Children are put in timeout against daycare policy.

This is a great place for child care. I am very happy with the way the staff communicate with me regarding the details of my daughter'a day. Staff are very friendly and great with kids. Center is always colorful and filled with the children's artwork. No complaints here!

We specifically drove out of our way to use this center, It is top notch and the owner is very conscientious with the daily operations of both facilities. Everyone was always pleasant and willing to work with any issues that came up with my daugther. The facilities are clean and constantly updated despite being fairly new to the business.

I have been sending my daughter to the Robinson location for over a year and couldn't be happier with the center. The staff is friendly and professional, the center is always clean and bright, and the children are always happy and well taken care of. I'm more then pleased with my choice in childcare and am very thankful for everything the staff does for my daughter. I would highly recommend either Kinder Academy location for someone looking for quality childcare.

I disagree with the previous statement. My daughter went there for almost 2 yrs and absolutely loved it. She was sad when she had to start Kindergarten because we would no longer need their services. The facility is very clean and they take measures to ensure that everything is disinfected regularly. They provide healthy snacks and lunches. The staff is friendly and really take the time to get to know the children. As a parent this is important to me in case my child is acting out of character that day and the staff would be able to recognize that. They educate the Preschoolers and Pre-K kids to get them ready for Kindergarten. My daughter's teacher commented on how well prepared she was for school. I give some of that credit to Kinder Academy, along with myself and my husband. As a working parent you want to ensure that your child is safe and being well taken care of when you can't be there with them. They meet up to those standards and I highly recommend them.

My 7 month old son has been enrolled at Kinder Academy Robinson for a few months now. I absolutely love this daycare. The staff are wonderful. It is always very clean inside. I don't feel worried or anxious leaving my son there while I go to work, I know he is in good hands. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a high quality daycare for their child!

I wouldn't give this child care place any stars. I would not recommend anyone to bring their children here. Difinitely look elsewhere.
