I took my vehicle there with 140,000 miles all on the same oil, and a brand and weight I've used in all my vehicles for over 30 years, some of which have gone over 400,000 miles without engine trouble. I provided the oil, which he had said was OK ahead of time. When I picked up the car he told me he didn't use my oil because he didn't like that brand. He didn't even offer to correct his error, and made me pay for the oil he put in. I had to drain out the oil and redo it myself, which cost me another oil filter. This is beyond inexcusable in my book. I only hope he didn't cause serious damage to my engine by changing types and brands of oil after all those miles. I won't be returning.
