I have been a lifetime member since 1986 with a locked in renewal rate of $5.00 per year. When I got my yearly renewal it was $35.00. I was told the additional $30 was a "facility improvement fee". I have complained to the Better Business Bureau. They should not be allowed to add a fee to a locked-in contract! I would highly encourage anyone with the same problem to file a complaint with their local BBB!! Maybe if they receive enough complaints they will remove this fee.
