Ugh, hot mess express! The beauty business is hiring just about any old Joe off the street...Id say! Overhearing what they did last night and one dude sneezing and not covering his face just about topped off my experience there. I will not be going back.

I went to Ulta today for the first time. Had a few things I wanted to buy to treat myself for Mothers Day. Nobody and I mean nobody asked me if I needed help as I walked around and around trying to find what I needed. Asked one lady for help and she just about rolled her eyes and acted like I put her out. I liked how they have just about every beauty tool you can imagine but be warned if you don't know what you are looking for you might want to try another place where people are more willing to help you find what you need.

Vickie was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, at least that's what she told me her name was but her name tag said Emily. I hope you train managers to have better customer service than what she gave me.
