I love the Yoga Den! I have learn so much from the teachers, staff and even other yogis. i am stronger, more flexible, and in control with my body. I love the breathing techniques and meditation. After a great work out Savasana is the best.

This place is awesome! Great frinedly staff and students. Very welcoming even for someone who is new to Yoga like I was. The owner also teaches and has helped me loose 20 lbs through balancing my life. The only workout that leaves you feeling at peace!

I have been attending the yoga classes at the Yoga Den for almost two years. I can not say enough good about my experience. There is such a peaceful and loving feeling when you walk into the building. Everyone of the instructor are caring and really sensitive to the needs of the participants. I have had back trouble for several years and since taking yoga my back pain is gone. I would highly recommend the Yoga den.
