Is This A Scam ???

I recently discovered a monthly charge from this company coming out of our business depository account. Nobody is paid out of that account. It is for deposits only. I'll called this place several times and they never returned my call. They did call my accounting manager and said they would no longer charge our account but, next month, here's that same charge again. I went to their office, which is located in a small, run down complex of small offices, and they have moved leaving no forwarding address. All I'm looking for is some answers out of these people such as how they got our account number. Until I get some answers my advice to everyone is do not have anything to do with this company and be sure to shred anything with your bank account number on it.

When I enter the entire address in Bing I get this: AllPages.com - Social Services & Welfare, Lewiston, Yellow Pages ...
