      The Cranston Department of Senior Services provides services to seniors and their families through various programs and specialty services. The department offers cholesterol and blood pressure screening, podiatry care, hearing assistance and glucose screening, as well as operates a pharmacy clinic and organizes health fairs. In addition, it provides Medicare-certified rehabilitation services. The Cranston Department of Senior Services offers physical, speech, recreational, occupational and recreational therapies, outpatient therapy, Alzheimer s care, and hospice and adult day services. The department also provides short-term care, religious and social services, and health and nutrition management. Its recreational activities include woodworking, painting, gardening, exercise, music and field trips for enrichment. The Cranston Department of Senior Services has an office in Cranston, R.I.
