If I could give this company no stars I would. My client was swiched from our long time medical supply group bioscript after they merged with this company. I have waited about 2 months to write this in hope things would improve. It hasen't. This company has never come within their delivery window as I write this they are 2 hours late with no sign they will arrive anytime soon. We have had medications mislabeled. We reported the error. The following week the meds arraived with the same mislabeling. Multiple TPN and IVF bags with holes in them. Wrong supplies. Missed supplies. They drew up very small doses of medication .5ml dose in 10 ml syringes with air bubbles still in syringe, when this process and the ability to accurately measure the dose was brought to the pharmacist attention the pharmacist had the gall to state this was "company policy". I dont understand how a company this incompetent and potentially dangerous is still in buisness. Absolute nightmare every week.

I was very worried when I was switched by BC from CVS CAREMARK SP to Walgreens SP. Delivery is by their own courier as they are a local company.Delivery is also available by Fed Ex. My medicine arrived on time -due to a knowledgeable and courteous staff. The pharmacist calls when each order is due and carefully goes over the delivery ticket. t was an easy transition.
