We lost both our heat and our hot water right near Christmas, Mr. Serabian and his son responded quickly and had a brand new water heater and forced hot air system installed and working within just a few days. They gave great service and answered all the questions I had about the new system being installed, I even watched him discover a gas leak within the first 2 minutes that was completely missed by the gas company technician that came by the day before with a leak detector.
