We were able to work something out with the owner and we're happy that he wanted us to leave as satisfied customers. I'm glad the mix-up was resolved. We will definitely use Crofton Piano again.

Be careful what you buy there. The store is very dark and the owner was kind of confusing. We thought we were buying one kind of piano and ended up with a completely different brand delivered to our house. When we called to ask about the mix-up, the customer service we received was very disappointing.
