Mr. Mintz, is the ruddest person I have ever talked to! He is the only agent and the owner of this office, and this is the reason he gets away with being such a jerk! Don't expect a call back, because he won't call you back. He will rush you on the phone and hang up on you when all you want to know is one single question that wouldn't even take 10 seconds to answer. He tells you lies such as the computers are down, but when you call from another number he tells you the computers were never down. He will lie saying he never got something, even though it was hand delivered, when he should have just admitted he misplaced the document. According to him " the customers are NEVER right". People don't waste your time on this Agency!
