I was on my way to a scout event for my son and needed to pick up 2 rain resistant jackets. I spoke with the floor associate by the name of Jim. Jim was very nice. He looked for both of the items that I needed and even compared the prices and gave me several options on the phone. He put my items in customer service for me and even helped me once I arrived to the store to purchase my items. I love great customer service and Jim has it.

I have never been treated more disrespectfully t in a store like this place a young man named Justin in the footwear department claimed he was too busy to help me and all he was doing was talking to another employee. I then proceeded to ask him for help again and he walked off. I will for now on be going to dicks sporting and outdoors. I wish I could give this place 0 stars but seemingly yellow pages makes you put one.
